Hey you guys. No, I haven't given up on this story. I'm just having some issues with the telling of it.

I've skipped some events, in this installment, because I just needed to write this today. And it's written from Jake's (I've decided on Jake) point of view.

Here, Jake and Lucy have been friends for about a year. They are workout buddies and hang out buddies and she is his sounding board about all of the women in his life who he doesn't give a damn about.

Anyway, I'd appreciate your feedback, particularly in light of the fact that this part of the story is told from a different perspective. Don't give up on me!!!
